After receiving the order, We have 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
We strive to provide you with the best service and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist you to return your product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Return is not acceptable if you have changed your mind after receiving your order or placed your
order by mistake.
Request your return by contacting us at reliefgloves.aust@gmail.com with your order number along with the reason for returning the product and if you are eligible for a return, you will be contacted with the instructions how & where to send your return package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to return the item.

If your order is eligible for refund, we will request you to return the product, the product must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
We will notify you once your return is received and examined. You will be contacted whether your refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please kindly keep in mind this process can take a couple of days.
