Domestic Orders Handling Time
This Policy is only for orders within Australia (Domestic Orders). After your purchase has been paid, confirmed and verified, items are quality checked, packaged and labelled. All orders made before 1pm are processed for shipping on the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
After your orders are shipped, deliveries usually take 5 - 7 working days* to arrive at their destination, this may take longer depending on the courier. We use AUSPOST to deliver your orders.
If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please inform us as soon as possible. 90% of our customers receive their items within five (5) business days.
Shipping Cost
We are offering FREE Delivery Australia Wide! We do provide tracking information to the buyer for each and every order.
We do offer FREE Express Post if the placed order is over $49.
Change of Delivery Address
We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong for the order. If you want to change the delivery address, just contact us within an hour of placing your order.
We are unable to change the delivery address if the order is in transit.

Damages
"Relief Gloves Australia" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
